Aaron Wilde, JD
My interest in personal injury law began at a young age. My father, David A. Wilde, was a personal injury attorney. Every Sunday evening after visiting my grandparents, I would relentlessly pester my dad to stop at his law office to grab a soda. Occasionally Dad would give in. I loved exploring my dad’s office. Over the years I saw first-hand how many people my dad helped. I admired my dad’s service to others and I’m proud to have followed his footsteps into personal injury law.
I have worked with many wonderful people as an attorney. I worked for Utah’s first non-profit law firm to help bridge the justice gap by providing affordable legal services to low- and moderate-income people. Later I was fortunate enough to work under the guidance of Steve Sullivan at Robert J. DeBry & Associates as head of their Spanish Department.
I love my job. My clients and I have enjoyed working together as I helped them bring closure to difficult times in their lives. I fight for my clients when they are burdened with injuries and incoming bills. I make sure they receive fair compensation at the conclusion of their case. I understand the intricate details of personal injury law — statutes, regulations, case law, etc. — and I apply this knowledge to help ensure that my clients will win their case.
I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah. I later graduated from University of Utah’s law school with honors. I received recognition with various academic awards including the Cali award, Utah’s Outstanding Achievement Award, and was a William H. Leary Scholar.
When I am not busy at work, I enjoy going to the movies with my wife, two daughters, and son. I pretend to be good at basketball and snowboarding. I learned to speak fluent Spanish from serving a two-year mission for my church in Argentina.
